Technical Recruiter: No. of positions: 5

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Good experience in US Recruiting/Staffing/Consulting Business in END to END life cycle of US IT Recruitment.
  • Very strong experience in Tax Terms like 1099/w2/C2C
  • Excellent awareness on various work visa categories like OPT, H1B, TN, EAD, GC & USC
  • Good hands-on filling Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Contract to Hire and Remote positions.
  • Sourcing/data mining from various Job Portals Viz. Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, LinkedIn
  • Identifying the right candidates residing in US or candidates holding valid US work permit, by Searching job-sites, internal database, and referrals.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 2+years for Juniors and 5+years for Seniors.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
  • Any Graduate with Excellent interpersonal and applicant assessment skills.

2. Bench Sales Recruiter: No. of positions: 5

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/L1, GC, and US CITIZEN)
  • Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
  • Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with the consultants and the clients.
  • Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients
  • Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate
  • Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc)
  • Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
  • Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales
  • Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English
  • 2-5 years of experience required in US IT Bench Sales recruitment.
  • Work Timings (Night Shifts)
